We will be using the screen in lieu of the used and damaged Promethean board with which we are currently working in our classroom. While the screen will be used to present writing prompts and bell ringers connecting to various standards, we will specifically be using the screen to view dramatic adaptations, as part of standard CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RL.11-12.7.
Our students have various learning disabilities and health conditions that lead many of them to have incredibly short attention spans. Being able to see a visual representation of the story or play that we are reading in class is integral to our students' understanding of the materials.
About my class
