This project is a novel study as well as an opportunity for my students to learn, hands-on, how to create their own automata. The materials can be used in school and at home. By having the materials available the student, school, and family involvement will be a complete circle.
This project will be a great shared learning experience for the students to have with their families. My students will also be able to become more successful, having hands-on activity time at home rather than screen time. My students love to have 'family projects' and share their experiences with their families.
