The use of various educational devices and materials is a daily must in my special education classroom. Tablets, laptops, and anything hands-on gives them the freedom to explore learning in multiple ways! Recently, due to COVID, students have fallen even more behind in their studies, as well as their social interactions. Anxiety, anger, and depression are just a few emotions felt on a daily basis with the students I work with. By donating to this project, you will help this special needs group explore learning through hands-on interactions, as well as develop the much needed social skills. Students will be able to engage and interact with these materials and technology at school and from home. In addition, this particular group of students will have the opportunity to learn from several different types of materials: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Not every student learns the same way, and every student deserves the chance to fall in love with learning!
