Having an Ooni Koda Pizza Oven would make a difference in my students' learning because they will not only understand how to prepare restaurant quality pizza, but they will also learn how to use a gas powered oven. The question I get asked almost every single day is, "WHEN ARE WE GOING TO MAKE PIZZA?" Some students love pepperoni, some love anchovies (yes, really!), some love pineapple, and others cannot stand anything other than cheese on their pizza. All in all, I cannot wait to see what they come up with.
