Having access to snacks will help my students become more food secure. Many of my students are food insecure and do not have access to snacks. Often times the parents of my students are unable to make healthy choices for snacks or simply cannot spare the resources on enough food to feed their families. I am a Special Eduction ELA co teacher on Maui Hawaii and my student are mostly Native Hawaiian, Filipino, Black, and caucasian. It would be such a blessing to receive your support to buy some snack choices for my students.
