The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The air fryer will be placed in the classroom and it will be readily accessible for my students when we do our weekly cooking activities. The puzzle mat placed in the leisure area and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time. The cookie dough, frosting is for baking and other supplies of the sort will be used by the students, so that they may decorate cookies. The Keurig will be placed on the shelves in the back of our classroom and will help the staff stay awake for the routine to run smoothly from day to day. The Cheetos, chicken in a biscuit and other snacks will be used to reinforce positive behavior in class. The noise cancelling headset will be used for my noise sensitive student. The pop its and spinners will be used for sensory items for my students. The calendar will be placed in the calendar area to help students track the day as well as the date daily.
The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful learning.
By providing the materials, my students will begin to see themselves as future chefs. We will use these materials to aid us in the process of becoming life-long learners. As the teacher, I have done extensive research and reading on future chefs. Yet I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
