My middle school special education classroom is a place for my student to destress and relax. They work best when they are calm and feel safe. Creating a space for them is important to me. Many of my students like fidget toys and the thinking putty helps many of my students to concentrate on the task at hand without being noisy or distracting to others. Many of my students have anxiety that we work through every day. These items will help my students achieve the success I know they can.
