The iPad is going to be used as a reward system for my students. I have students who have behavior issues and tend to have better behaviors in class and be more productive in class when there is a reward system. Some students are having issues getting back into the "swing of things" because of being online last year, so having a reward system set up will hopefully encourage students to complete their assignments on time and behave appropriately in class. The colored pencils and markers are going to be utilized by students while completing in-class projects. The students need to get back into the habit of creating hard copy projects and assignments and not just use technology when doing projects. The pens will be used to allow students to have writing utensils when they don't have one or they forget to bring them to school.
