These materials will be used in a morning and afternoon kindergarten support classroom that will take place in small group activities. The students all have special needs that require direct instruction and a small staff-to-student ratio. These activities will help reinforce the learning that has been taught in the whole group. Hands-on learning activities help my students be successful as they reach their Individualized Education Plan goals and help the students to continue to be engaged in the learning process. In addition, I am also asking for sensory items that can help ease anxiety with my students and help them to focus during whole group activities.
