Recent research shows that resistance training provides important mental health benefits, as well, including easing depression, reducing anxiety, raising self-esteem, helping with cognitive function, and improving overall well-being.
Landmine bases are used by students in the weight room to increase their overall lower body and upper body strength. This allows for them to work on rotational and core strength in a safe, supervised manner. This is a safe and efficient alternative to traditional lifting because one end of the bar is always attached to the land mine.
