These materials will make a difference not only for my upper Elementary grades but, across all grades which makes the Switch an excellent device. My job as an educator is to promote movement and sometimes that is hard for me to do with some of my students. Using this will tool will get my stranglers up and they won't even consider it exercising.
Dancing improves muscular strength, endurance, and motor fitness. It also improves our heart and lungs condition and this dancing tool will help students make connections to other areas of Fitness. With the world sitting for over a year due to Covid-19, we could all use some fun ways to get some movement in.
