According to the Nevada Academic Content Standard 4.NBT.B.5 students need to be able to multiply a whole number up to four digits by a one-digit whole number, and multiply two two-digit numbers, using strategies based on place value and the properties of operations. Illustrate and explain the calculation by using equations, rectangular arrays, and/or area models. The materials listed in this project will support our efforts in achieving mastery of this standard. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, there was tremendous learning lose. These materials will help them catch up to grade level expectations and standards.
