My students must keep up with the latest advancements in technology in education to spark an interest in a career in technology. For years I use the past to teach the future. I'm hoping that your donation enables me to teach the future USING modern technology instead of using computers that are the age of my students. I will be using your donations to build a proper distance-learning lab. It's very hard for students to hear when I'm using basic technology and building a audio-studio will allow me to properly teach via distance education. Using the supplies from Ðǿմ«Ã½, students will be able to recommend improvements to the design of computing devices based on an
analysis of how users interact with the devices, noting that advantages may have disadvantages and unintended consequences. (6-8.CS.D.1). Using newer technology, students will also be able to compare tradeoffs associated with computing technologies that affect people’s everyday activities and career options (6-8.IC.C.1) and for the first time in their academic careers, they will be able to properly, communicate information and ideas to an intended audience using digital text, images and AUDIO.
