All these donations will go towards amazing kids and helping them succeed in school. Having the Tier Rolling Utility Cart will provide organization for the students to have all their supplies organized when learning reading and writing skills. Their pencils, crayons, abc flashcards, sight word flashcards, and whiteboards, white board markers, and erasers will all be on this cart. We will use the magnetic alphabet for letter recognition and building words.(RF.1.2, RF.1.2b, RF.1.2a) The mobile whiteboard easel will make it so much easier for kids to learn and see what is being taught. I will use this easel along with the magnetic letters to teach reading and writing skills. We will learn letter sounds, isolating beginning, middle, ending sounds, sight words, and learn how to read using this easel. They will also use the whisper phones to hear themselves say letter sounds, words, and reading to themselves. Myself and the kids will use the pointers for reading and when using the easel. The big post-its will be used for students to work together when finding words that begin with certain letters, and I will use it to model writing Students love mini erasers for incentives. When a student reaches their goals, they will receive a cute little erasers (RF.1.4, W.1.2, RF.1.2c)
