When students are having a difficult time engaging in the classroom whether due to outside environmental impacts or disability they may often have access to a school psychologist. A school psychologist may be able to help the student re-regulate and be willing to return to the classroom to reengage in classroom learning. Many of these student may be overstimulated and need calming music or nature sounds to calm themselves. In addition, to students in and overload situation many teenaged student are easier to access for psychological assistance with music as an avenue of entry into difficult topics.
By donating to my project, my students would be able to have access to high quality sound production that may help them develop skills for self regulatory skills.
Students can access the classroom materials better when they are in an emotional state that they can think clearly. As I have multiple schools that I service the ability to easily transport music and nature sounds for those students in need will be a great benefit to them.
