These materials will make our space theme tangible for our young learners. Children at this age have trouble picturing something as abstract as outer space, so having tangible materials and visuals will make this learning experience that much more rich. The projector will give them visuals and also let them play with light and shadow. The astronaut costume will let them act out and imagine what it would be like to explore space. The rocket will allow them to see a unique mode of transportation and encourage imagination. The puzzle will help develop their spatial learning while expanding their exploration of the theme. All of these materials will work together to create a fun, unique learning experience for our students.
