By transforming student learning and giving students a variety of new tools/resources to work with to increase comprehension (real-life learning) for educational opportunities for the future. If enough laptops are supplied, students will have access to these devices by signing them out. We have courses like economics/college and career readiness looking at the bull and bear markets(how the stock market works/how to fill out a FASA form online for college); we also have electives like skills to pay the bills teaching students about financial planning and utilizing an understanding a budget (50/30/20 budget). Learning these intricate life skills early will help my students become productive members of society. This educational endeavor will foster and illuminate various different careers paths by giving students access to things outside of Harlem.
