Providing new books keep students engaged and excited about reading and attending library each week. Our library books can get worn out due to so much love. Students will share their favorites and then that book will get many check outs. It's important to keep new books coming in and replace favorites that students continue to talk about, so that love of learning stays constant. New sturdy hardcover books can be read at home by students and their family over and over again. I know students love to talk about what they picked out, whether it's a picture story or a nonfiction book full of vivid photographs. New books bring excitement to this process. Help our school add more books to the library that students and their families will enjoy each week.
