With COVID causing some major disruptions to students' structure and routine since the start of the pandemic, these kindergarteners know little about how to be in school yet. It is very important that we create a structured, easy-to-predict area in which students can learn and grow.
The classroom we have been assigned has almost no materials in it. We got supplies for each student now, but nowhere to put them, which is why I am asking for seat sacks. Also, we have the books I brought from home, but nowhere to store them, so I have requested book bins. Everything on my list is going toward making this an organized, safe place for my kindergartners to learn. They have had enough chaos in their young lives already!
