All of these items will be used to help me as a PE instructor of 900+ students in grades 3 through 8 keep me safe, healthy and provide me with more energy and endurance. I should be retired, however, I love my students, I teach flag football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and physical fitness skills, and with the help of these items, they will allow me to battle arthritis and transfer my knowledge and experiences to today's youth by physically helping me to demonstrate the objectives. I've been coaching, teaching, and motivating students for over 4 decades these will help me to continue doing so,
