Invite students to be the next generation environmental scientists and environmental engineers; or maybe, just stimulate curiosity to be used in any career! We will use clear, plastic pipettes to gather crustaceans, etc. from the fish tank and observe live on deep-well microscope slides. Once observed, the living creatures will be returned to the fish tank for further growth, development, and to complete their life cycles! Predator-prey relationship will happen in real life/real time, as hydra will seek and eat daphnia! Thank you for this wonderful living aquatic world! My students and I are thrilled to know you!
