This project is critical to support students' learning. As a school social worker, I work with students ages 3-13 to provide them with mental health services in the school setting with a wide range of needs. Many of the students I support have disabilities that may be cognitive, emotional, or physical in nature. The mental health needs are very high, as students present with depression, anxiety, and PTSD especially as we enter the post-pandemic period and start to peel back the layers of need. For our neurodiverse students especially, in addition to English Language Learners, it is critical that they have access to high quality visuals to help them learn. Right now, the clinical team does not have access to a color printer, even though it is very much needed. We are asking you, as gracious donors, to help fund this project to support the mental health needs of our students!
