These materials will be used to help students engage in outside reading. By choosing books they are interested in, they will want to read more. I have students read for 10 minutes each day and through this process, students are reading more books than they have in the past. However, many of the books I have been donated/bought at thrift stores, so are not the titles they specifically want to read. In addition, I would like to get more graphic novels to help engage the lower readers in my classroom.

About my class
