By giving each student their own bucket to drum with rhythm sticks they will be able to experience making actual music using play along video with my instruction. My students need to experience a sense of community and making music that they know is a great way to do that.
The slide whistle really helps the younger students hear and understand pitch.
I have no chairs in my room so the stools will help the bigger students feel more comfortable as they play the drums. The Boomwhacker accidentals will really give understanding about pitch and enable us to play more songs, also the caps.
