The whiteboard will allow students to have more space for whole-class and small group instruction as we are limited on whiteboard space and not all students can see from every angle of the classroom. The laminator will be put to use for creating word sorts and other instructional activities for my students in need of additional assistance.
As a new teacher, my class library is also limited. I wish to grow my library to be a gem of the room, where students can easily find a book that they love to read. The books selected begin to open the door to STEM books and great fiction at multiple reading levels to fit the reading needs of my students. Classroom organization mailboxes are also very important to my students to help them organize papers being returned and work that may be missed while out on sick days or quarantine while they help keep our classroom healthy, but can quickly retrieve any missed work they could not do online while at home.
