Students in my class need to gain life skills in order to transition from school to work.
Through building a coffee cart business, the students be given will an opportunity to develop communication skills, social skills, career skills, money management and finance skills, as well as improve soft and hard skills to enhance employability, and ultimately, living independently.
Learning to live more independent lives is at the heart of this project!
Since a profit will be made through this enterprise, funds will return directly to the student's classroom to benefit their needs within the classroom.
