This project will repair Diesel Shop computers for students to use Alldata software and Microsoft Teams assignment. Students in my class are usually low readers and need help with practice reading. Daily quizzes are given that are designed to encourage reading. Many students do not have a device to use to work on their assignments in the classroom. We have 12 computers in the classroom but it takes up to 15 minuets for the computers to start up. I have used one of these SSD cards on my personal computer in the classroom and it made a world of difference. I do not use laptops in the classroom because they can be broken easily or stolen. Our Computer Tech class students will be installing these as a school project so this will benefit them as well. Thank you.
