Students will be able to learn and develop fitness skills, such as agility, control, power, accuracy, and overall fitness, by playing table tennis during physical education and after school. Students will have a unit that teaches them the history of the sport, rules, and skills. Students will learn how to play table tennis with others and build competencies to play during adulthood and leisure time.
Students will also be able to use this equipment to hold practices or matches. Table tennis teams/clubs will be able to compete in a table that is safe and reliable equipment.
