The cadets ask me if they can go up to the board to show me where in their math problem they were stuck. With more than just one white board, more than one or two students can work out the problem while I assist others. Once the cadets finish the problems, they can erase and go to the next white board with a different problem. This is also a great way to promote team work; when cadets work on the boards, they are able to see others mistakes and be able to have a teachable moment for each other.
