Although we are in a pandemic, we are holding recess every day. The children cannot play with other classes, or with the playground equipment because of safety right now. These toys are all individual and the children can play alone, or parallel play with others without physically interacting with one another. Each child will be given a set of toys to keep in their small recess bag to play with at recess. Many of these choices can by used for both inside and outside recess. Some of the toys encourage movement, while others encourage creativity. These toys would make recess more enjoyable and we could continue to keep the children safe.
