After a very difficult year of remote and hybrid learning, we have been implementing new programs to meet the needs of students. In order to meet the students needs, I am creating more differentiated shelf work and scaffolded lessons. I need the sheet protectors and bins for Math and Reading Centers. I am creating various centers that are tailored to meet the specific needs of students. For example, we are learning addition and subtraction in math. I am using sheet protectors to put the graphic organizer for students to write and draw out the equations. By putting them in sheet protectors, students are able to use dry erase markers, which makes learning more fun!! This also keeps these graphic organizers protected for repeat use!
In order to give my students the support they need in our new Reading program, I need to be able to give them the proper tools for visualization. The pocket chart holder will give the students the ability to look at their sight words throughout the day. The binders will be used to help me successfully teach this new reading program. I create a binder with various visuals for students to blend, manipulate, and read words. I also use the sheet protectors to put these visuals in, so I am able to use these again, for each lesson.
