I will use the markers, scissors, color pencils, and paint supplies to engage my students in hands on learning. The markers and color pencils will not only be used to express creativity, but also in math to show their thinking through diagrams and images. Some of my students struggle with using scissors and with this set I can incorporate cutting activities so each of my students will be able to practice more often. Being a new teacher my classroom lacks many of the basic supplies I need in order to differentiate and to create engaging lessons.
