There's just something about having the opportunity to read or work in a comfortable spot that children love and appreciate. My students love my current classroom library corner. They share the limited available seating and respect each other's time over there. Providing students with an air purified classroom, alternative, and distraction free seating could increase student interest in reading, provide students with a quiet, comfortable, safe, healthy space to read, work or learn, and entice others to branch out and join in during independent reading time or free choice. This is also some students only opportunity for reading and working in a quiet and distraction free environment. It would be incredible to give more students the opportunity to sit near the classroom library and prosper. Making our classroom more than just tables and chairs shows my students that this room is for them and they deserve to feel comfortable in it. With the chair leg covers, students would be able to push their chairs in and out of their tables without distracting someone else in the class. Some of my students have seasonal allergies, asthma, and other health issues to take into account. The air purifier would filter out allergens, odors, viruses, bacteria so students could learn and grow in a safer and healthier environment. These items would benefit my students in tremendous yet subtle ways. Thank you so much for considering donating to our classroom and class family. We are forever grateful for humans like you!
