Many times we have to give our students work that is printed off from our school-issued (black and white) printers, and a lot of times the directions are highlighted in color, key words are in bold, and signature sections of important documents are also in color. This printer would save us from having students manually highlight with markers and allows them to spend more time on the actual assignments themselves. Plus our students are not used to getting nice things like this. We are a Title I, at-risk, low-income school here in older Henderson. Due to Covid, students are very behind, and utilizing a color printer will help them succeed.
