I am trying to create a space for my students after whole group instruction, to work individually or in small groups on fun, engaging learning activities. I want to make learning as fun as possible and having these items in our centers would really help make that happen.
Learning how to read, sounding out words, and letters is so much more fun with hands-on, activities where they won't be able to resist learning.
I know this will help calm down the high energy in the classroom and focus that energy into productive learning.
