The environment that a teacher creates for their students can promote student success or failure. Every child deserves to feel supported mentally, emotional, and physically.
Lastly, as a new teacher, I'm lacking materials that could really support my organization. I have seven grade levels to teach. Having adequate materials for storage and organization is essential.
