My students need multiple and varied hands-on experiences in English Language Arts, Math and Science. COVID has affected the ability of students to experience hands-on activities at school and communicate with each other. Hands-on activities will help my students build problem solving, social emotional and communications skills in English Language arts, Math and Science. We will use these manipulatives and hands-on activities to support these standards - K.G.B.4, RF.K.4 with informational text, RF.K.3 and K-2-ETS1-1 through 3. Kindergartners need time and hands-on experiences to build their ability to solve problems, become independent thinkers and good citizens.
