Since returning to live instruction this year, we realized that our students are very far behind in math. I am starting an after-school ACT course to help these students catch up. My students will use these materials to help them learn the content on the ACT and help them go to college.
The calculators are crucial. I do not have enough calculators in my classroom for this class. I will teach the students how to use them because these are the exact ones that they will use on the ACT.
The other materials help me promote an engaging classroom. By using mini-whiteboards as well as giant Post-It notes, students are productive and engage in significant discourse.
