The games, puzzles, and activities will be used to keep students engaged and actively learning all the way through the end of the school day until parents pick up by 6PM. Students spend the majority of the day learning academic material and information, but these materials will extend that experience through to life skills, such as teamwork, sharing, turn-taking, effective communication, social skills, and emotional wellbeing. Small groups will provide a secure time and place for children to be authentic and learn in a safe, structured, and loving environment. It will also provide a space that the students really enjoy being in, alongside their friends and fellow students.
