For more than a year, students were at home and did not have the resources to learn. We relied on simulations, they watched demonstrations and videos. Now that we are back at school, more materials are needed to safely socially distance students as they problem solve. The Sphero ball robots are a great introduction to robotics because they're ready to program right out of the box. Having more Spheros will allow less students to have to share and therefore allow more time for each student to test their code. The Lego building blocks and Brain flakes will help students build engineering structures and create different obstacles for their robot.
