Currently right now we only have three mats in our medical fragile classroom where the students can only take a few steps independently without the fear of falling on our school's hard concrete floor. With this purchase our students will be able to utilize a bigger area in their classroom and be able to travel from one side of the room to the other. We are hopeful our students will be able to be free from their wheelchair and have the ability to roam around freely. Our students have worked so very hard this year learning to communicate with others via a communication device and building their upper body strength during sensory time. We are hoping now with these mats they will be unstoppable roaming around as they please.

About my class
