These snazzy spot cushions will make a difference by providing a cushion to sit on while in discussion circle or working independently around the room. We have been sitting directly on the floor, but with winter approaching it will be cold and hard for them to enjoy sitting on the floor. We enjoy sitting together and reading books and discussing our curriculum. Due to COVID cleanliness concerns, we are no longer approved to have rugs. This would provide my second graders comfort while we gather together for our morning meeting, ELA class, and independent working time around the room.
