This tool will be used in part in the construction/remodeling of class projects. It is imperative that tools used by students be safe modern and new. This tool will replace an outdated and broken tool that to a small school like ours is expensive to replace. It will allow the students and myself to have another "tool" in our arsenal when doing shop based projects. Having a broad understanding of what tools are available to use and practical hands on experience using them is imperative to their workforce development skills.
