My students needs books readily available to to them when they are ready to read. Many of them think that reading is boring, which means they haven’t read the right book yet. I want to give them a pleathera of options to choose from, so they can find something they are truly interested in and excited to read. It starts with one. All they need to find is one novel that they are able to connect to. Some of my students don’t have much to look forward to when they get home, so it is important to find inspiration and love where they can. Books can give them a joy that they have not found yet.
