What's more important than our planet Earth? Students will be able to discover Earth's structure. Geology in everyday life is about way more than its resources. It is also about hazards and risks associated with rockfalls, radon, landslides, quick clay, landslides, and earthquakes. Geology helps us understand climate change in the past, which may help us predict future scenarios. My students will be able to come up with solutions on how people should conserve and reduce harmful practices on Earth. These kits and materials will allow students to gain experiences that will last a lifetime. Students will end this unit by feeding their curiosities, learning through practical experiences, and gaining transferable information.
