The printer will be used to print student work samples and projects about the state of Louisiana. Many students do not have a printer at home. Also, there is no printer in our classroom at this time. So this complicates when trying to copy or print assignments for students. The color printer will allow me to print the work of students in color so that they can see an image of the particular project or assignment. As a classroom teacher, I am required to print work samples and display them. This is a challenge each time students complete work.
