These materials will be used to develop vocational skills for students with special needs. They will allow our students to practice job opportunities available to them as well as learn and practice social skills needed to be successful in the post-secondary environments they will be in after they turn age 22. Specifically, they will practice making, packaging, serving and selling popcorn within the high school community. Students will practice measuring and combining ingredients. They will also create prices and sales posters to advertise their product. As the posters will be displayed in the school community, they will work on professional displays.
