I chose Flexible Seating options for my students. This project will help my students choose, take turns, and share different locations, supplies, and seating options. This is a benefit for students because in the real world employers want people who can productively work with others and can adapt to change. Children need to move. Flexible seating allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. In turn, this burns more calories and increases metabolism. It also helps keep young minds more alert and focused.
