Most of my students come from low-income backgrounds and live in neighborhoods that are considered high-poverty neighborhoods. Despite these kinds of hardships, my students are able to adjust to their school environment and I want to be able to provide the materials they need to succeed.
It is important for my students to have access to materials that will assist them in their learning. The majority of my students struggle with auditory learning, but have strong visual learning skills. My students have individual needs and individual academic goals, and having a color printer will help in creating quality lessons which will help in their success in school.
