The past years have taken a toll on adults’ mental health but it has especially impacted children. I am in need of putting together a space in my school where students are able to refocus as well as use strategies to calm down when they become frustrated. I have put together a list of items I need in order to make this space. Everything from small fidgets to a sound machine to help calm my little ones. I work with special education students which deserve to have the BEST resources given to them to help support mental health.

About my class
